Calls for Proposals: Routes4U grants for exemplary actions


The four calls for proposals are launched in the framework of the joint programme of the European Commission and Council of Europe “Routes4U”. Project proposals shall produce an added value to the Council of Europe and the European Commission’s efforts in the domain of Cultural Routes and macro-regional strategies. They shall help enhancing the common identity within the respective macro-regional strategies.

The Funding & Tenders Portal is the New Tool for Searching for EU Funding and Tender Opportunities, and Managing Grants


The Funding & Tenders Portal is replacing the Participant Portal as the new entry point (the Single Electronic Data Interchange Area) for participants and experts in funding programmes and tenders managed by the European Commission and other EU bodies.

CALL: Third Intermed Call for Modular Projects


A 3rd call for project proposals will be open from 30th October 2018 to 31st January 2019.

This call is targeted to the Programme priority axes 1 (only sub-objective “Blue Growth”) and 3, and only to the following type of projects: Multi-module M2 Testing + M3 Capitalising.

CALL: European Maritime and Fisheries Fund - Blue Careers


This topic promotes innovative approaches to strengthen the cooperation between industry and education to bridge the gap between skills' offer and demand.

The applicant's choice of sector and action has to be based on an analysis of the needs of the labor market and of the industry, including at cross-border level. To ensure that supported activities take due account of clearly identified needs, projects should bring together stakeholders from both the industry, education, and training providers (both at higher and vocational level).

Blue Economy call: €18.7 million available for funding


The European Maritime and Fisheries Fund has launched a new call of a total budget of €18,7 million. The call focuses on 3 topics: Blue Labs (Topic 1), Blue Careers (Topic 2) and Blue Economy (Topic 3). You can receive up to 80% co-financing for you project (65% for Blue Economy topic). 

World Tourism Organization and Globalia announce the first and largest worldwide competition for tourism startups


This pioneering initiative for the tourism sector reaches out to 164 countries to find startups aiming to transform tourism.

Whether tech-based or non-technological, early-stage or more mature, any startup with innovative ideas capable of revolutionizing the way we travel and enjoy tourism is welcome to participate.
