This project aims at promoting an integrated management model of the MED coastal and maritime tourism by providing the knowledge of data, information, products, services and policies through an assessed system of indicators for sustainable tourism.

Conference "Sustainable Beach Management"


The Administrative Department for Tourism of the Istrian Region and the Institute of Agriculture and Tourism invite you to a conference "Sustainable Beach Management".

In accordance with the guidelines of the Regional Program for the Management of Sea Beaches in the County of Istria, for the purpose of further public dialogue on responsible and sustainable management of beaches in Istria, concrete examples of “Green Beach” model implementation in the Region of Tuscany, Cyprus and the Istrian County will be presented.

Union for the Mediterranean Regional Stakeholder Conference on Blue Economy


This two-day international and multi-stakeholder Conference has the aim to: i) consolidate the Mediterranean blue economy community through the exchange of ideas and views among key stakeholders; ii) capitalize on the experiences and lessons learned so as to stimulate cross-fertilization and foster large partnerships; iii) discuss the opportunities and challenges of the various blue economy sectors in terms of jobs creation and investments potential.

MITOMED Final Conference
