The 9th project meeting of MITOMED+ Project has been held in Porec (HR), on the 4th and 5th of September 2018.

The event has been attended by NECSTouR Permanent Secretariat and representatives from the other Members involved in this project – Tuscany Region, Andalusia, Porec’s Institute of Agriculture and Tourism and the Univesity of Girona.

It has been the occasion to meet with the partners in order to prepare the further step of this project and in particular the International Workshop "Towards Sustainable Maritime and Coastal Tourism Communities" which NECETouR and CPMR are organising on the 11th of November 2018 at the European Parliament in Brussels.

The meeting has also been an important occasion to evaluate the latest outcomes of the project and in particular the performance of those Beaches who tested the Green Beach Model developed by the Project partners and implemented during the summer season this year.
The partners had in particular the opportunity of visiting the green beaches around Porec.

Public round tables on " Data management for the  sustainable development of tourism " and "Green Beaches" has been also the opportunity to share good practices on a sustainable development of Tourism in the Mediterranean.
